Dr. Eileen Borris is a licensed psychologist with a private practice in Paradise Valley, Arizona. She works with individuals and couples and with mind/body medicine where forgiveness is an integral part of her work. Dr. Borris is also a political psychologist and the Director of Training for the Institute for Multi-Track Diplomacy in Washington DC. As director she develops training programs in international conflict resolution incorporating processes of forgiveness and reconciliation within the broader context of international peacebuilding. Dr. Borris-Dunchunstang has worked for USAID and UNIFEM traveling to regions of conflict around the world. She is the former president of the Society for the Study of Peace, Conflict and Violence of the American Psychological Association.
