Dr. Heather R. Keller, owner of Successfully Communicating, LLC is an experienced speaker, trainer, and coach. Since 1995 Heather has dedicated her career to helping employees develop their communication and management skills. She designs and delivers customized seminars and training programs in the areas of interpersonal communication, leadership development, team building, customer service, presentational speaking, and cross-cultural communication. Heather has worked with entry-level employees, middle managers, and senior leaders from a variety of industries and organizations, including those of the Fortune 500.

As a published author on the topics of communication and leadership, Dr. Keller regulary speaks at both national and regional business conferences. Her platform abilities have been further honed by 10 years of collegiate teaching in which she developed and taught communication and management courses for several universities at both the MBA and undergraduate levels.

Heather graduated from Ohio University with a Ph.D. in interpersonal communication with concentrations in organizational and cross-cultural communication, a master’s degree in education with an emphasis in organizational behavior, a bachelor’s degree in psychology, and a bachelor’s degree in interpersonal communication.
