Next Living Room Forum—May 27
NSA-Arizona’s Living Room Forum brings together 15 to 20 NSA-Arizona members (professional and candidates) and friends to share ideas about these areas of expertise: Humor, Consultant/ Coaches, Seminar/ Workshop, Authors/ Publishers, Technical and Keynotes/ Motivational. It is an excellent time to get to know each other over a light dinner and great ideas. Each Living Room Forum is held on the fourth Wednesday of the month at 7:00 p.m.

Using Emotional Intelligence to Drive Home Your Keynote Message
Discussion Points/Questions:
- EQ – What is it and what is it not?
- Why is it important for a keynote speaker to be emotionally intelligent?
- How can keynote speakers use principles of emotional intelligence and new findings in brain science to connect more effectively with their audiences?
- How can speakers increase their own level of emotional intelligence?
Pat Gangi is a long-time professional member of NSA and a certified Emotional Intelligence Consultant who speaks on EQ for Savvy Service and Increasing Leadership Effectiveness with EQ. With a doctorate in instructional design, Pat is also a published workshop designer and accomplished program facilitator.
Living Room Forums are from 7 PM – 9 PM.
A light dinner will be provided.
Cost: $15 members $25 Guests
