Voice of Experience—Dave Richardson, CSP

“Build a Six-Figure Business in Just One Industry”

Every NSA member, Arizona chapter member, and professional speaker at one time or other held a “real” job somewhere in some industry. During that time they inevitably developed a depth of understanding and a real-life experience that potentially makes them an expert in their field . This seminar is designed to demonstrate that it is not necessary to be all things to all people but rather to create a focus and become the expert, the celebrity in that industry. Recognition as the industry expert will significantly impact the sale of speeches, seminars, workshops, as well as a wealth of products.

An NSA member for 28 years, David W. Richardson CSP has essentially built his business around one industry, the jewelry industry. He has been a featured speaker at jewelry conventions in every state in the USA and every English-speaking country in the world, including several where his message was translated. As an author he has written over 750 trade journal articles representing 17 different retail industries. He has produced numerous CD training albums as well as manuals, books, videos and other customized continued learning systems. His highly popular book Memorable Ways to Pop the Question has made him of the guru of the bridal engagement niche in the jewelry industry.

Extreme Speaker Makeover—“Creating a New Graphic Identity,” Vickie Mullins and Gloria Petersen

“Creating a New Graphic Identity”

Change never changes … life happens and creates experiences with new paths that become the opportunities for us as speakers to stretch and grow. As 2008 wrapped up, Gloria Petersen was just looking ahead to 2009 when she won the bid to have Mullins Creative design a new one sheet for her. But, life happened for Gloria and it was more than 14 months later before she was ready for her one sheet. Her passion had changed, her focus had changed, her message had changed. It was then the responsibility of Mullins Creative to embrace the new Gloria with a new graphic identity that reflected her heart and her colorful look to the future. Come see the before and after.

Vickie Mullins is the president and founder of Mullins Creative, a full-service graphic design company that specializes in print communications. Her vision for the company has remained consistent since its founding nearly 20 years go: To treat its clients like family, to do more than expected and to give away more smiles than business cards.

Gloria Petersen is the president and founder of Global Protocol, Inc. Since 1985, her clients have utilized her seminars and training modules on professional presence, business etiquette, and international protocol to achieve a higher level of personal and professional growth. Her accomplishments include directing and hosting her own FOX network television show, “Image of Success,” and serving as an etiquette judge on The Learning Channel.

Business Building Session with Karen Russo

The Business Building Session starts promptly at 12:15 and ends at 1:30 p.m. The Business Building session is designed to provide members with information and tools necessary to successfully build their speaking business. The format we are using is based on Jim Cathcart’s Eight Professional (Speaker) competencies. All morning attendees are welcome.

“Escaping the Entrepreneurial Money Traps”

Every speaker needs to know how to stay out of Scarcity, Superstition and Survival Mode—and enjoy Real Financial Power. Too many smart, visionary, talented business owners are blocked by subtle anxieties, resentments, and overwhelm in their financial systems, relationships and decisions. It’s not necessary!

As an ordained minister, former corporate trainer, and award winning salesperson Karen studies the spirituality, beliefs and habits of conscious wealth creators and shares the principles and tools they use to achieve spiritual and financial results. You’ll learn how to develop the creativity, confidence and clarity to lead your wealth vision and succeed in today’s rebuilding economy.

You’ll discover:

  • A ‘bigger picture’ of what’s happening in our economy and why some money models (‘Be a Millionaire!’, ‘Kill the Competition’ and ‘Take Control’) just aren’t working and what it means for you and your business
  • How to identify (and escape from!) the 3 Money Traps, including a tactical actions for each area of you can stop struggling, complaining or worrying (even the slightest bit), and
  • How, as a speaker, you can apply universal principles around money for yourself, your family, your clients, your business and the world!

Karen Russo is your Spiritual Guide in Wealth Creation. She’s the author of The Money Keys, with endorsements from her teachers Dr. Michael Bernard Beckwith, Loral Langemeier and T. Harv Eker, and a foreword by Bob Proctor. Karen shows conscious wealth creators (like you!) how to break through to new levels of spiritual money mastery. She’s appeared on Fox News, Good Morning Arizona, WABC NY and many more. Visit www.TheMoneyKeys.com for your free Starter Kit.
