Danny Valenzuela is the Owner of Transition Execs, LLC, a company that provides executive, team, and leadership development coaching services. He earned the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification from the International Coaching Federation. He founded the Ascending Leader’s Program™, a leadership development program that equips managers and aspiring leaders with the decision-making and implementation skills they need to excel as effective leaders. He is an authorized facilitator of Team Coaching International products, and a facilitator and instructor for the College of Public Programs, Ramsey Executive Education Program at Arizona State University. He has over forty – five years’ of experience in top-level State, County, City, and Non-Profit organizations.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Management and the Certified Public Management (CPM) designation from Arizona State University, and completed the Adler School of Professional Coaching Program. He earned the designations of Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) and Competent Leader (CL) from Toastmasters International.

Danny is a board member of the Tucson Chapter of the International Coach Federation (ICFSAZ), Throughout his career he has served on numerous local, state, and national boards and committees. He brings all these experiences to his coaching and leadership development services.

His career is built on understanding long term relationships based upon mutual trust, respect, and credibility.
