Marcia is a workplace communications expert who specializes in helping leaders build strong relationships and have a breakthrough conversations that change people’s minds. She delivers programs worldwide, reaching over 1000,000 people in 41 countries.
She combines 19 years as president of her own leadership development firm, Covisioning, with 16 years holding leadership positions inside companies focused on employee development and organizational transformation. Her experiences give Marcia insight into what blocks communication and innovation and what is needed to bring people together for better results.
She has a doctorate in organizational psychology and two masters degrees in communication and education. She is also a past global president of the International Coach Federation and one of the first 25 people in the world to earn the Master Certified Coach designation.
