  • What are the “no-no’s” of networking with fellow speakers and meeting planners?
  • How do I find an agent/bureau/manager and what’s the difference? How do I work with each?

  • Do meeting planners talk to each other?
  • How can I put my name on the short list of “go-to speakers”?
  • If I’ve "blown it” on stage, how do I recover?

Lindy was born to put on a show! Her earliest memories are of organizing backyard plays with neighborhood children, managing class projects and performing on stages across the US and Europe as a student manager of the Indiana University Singing Hoosiers. While nurturing her three daughters, Lindy raised well over a million dollars for local schools, churches and nonprofits. After establishing her own network marketing business, training her team and leading them to success, she discovered a perfect fit for her management and performance skills in the professional speaking environment.

Candidates, are you ready to jump start your speaking career?

The NSA-Arizona chapter is kicking off a new and improved Candidate educational program. These sessions are a benefit INCLUDED with your Candidate program as long as you attend the monthly chapter meeting. Each interactive session will follow the monthly meeting and feature one of our chapter's expert speakers sharing tips and answering questions about your most important concerns. As a Candidate you will have opportunities to participate and practice your skills by becoming a facilitator for a session, sharing your successes or being highlighted in a monthly showcase.

Candidate sessions will follow our monthly chapter meetings and will run from 12:15 pm to 1:30 pm. Plan to attend our monthly meetings and stay for ALL six sessions. There will be prizes at the end for those with perfect attendance. This program is designed for you and by you, based on concerns and topics of interest gathered from Candidates. You can't get this kind of personal coaching and instruction anywhere else!

We are back with Session Two of our 2018-2019 Candidate Program. The November 10 session, led by Dr. Maria Church, will cover the topic, Area of Expertise, and will focus on developing your core message. Be ready to pick your lane, zero in on your speaking topic, identify your audience, and describe your ideal client.

In order to write your signature speech, you have to identify the problem your client is dealing with, as well as the solution. This is also true for any other program you might need to design. This interactive session with help you gain clarity on picking the right lane for your business.

Join us November 10, from 12:15-1:30 p.m. immediately after the regular chapter meeting.

  • You must be a Candidate member and attend the regular chapter meeting in order to attend the Candidate Program monthly training.
