Sharing Your Expertise: Gigs and Beyond
In a competitive marketplace, a healthy business model hinges on three essential factors: Your reputation as the go-to expert on your topic; your distinctive ability to transfer your expertise to a receptive, paying audience; your ability to leverage your expertise through focused marketing and revenue-generating activity.
During this hands-on session, you’ll and develop an action plan to:
- Identify and leverage your expertise
- Invent a process, system, strategy, or model to transfer that expertise
- Leverage your expertise through a mix of products and services
Much to her parents’ dismay, Michelle May, M.D., CSP, retired from her successful medical practice to share her message eat mindfully, live vibrantly through speaking, writing, training, and licensing. She is the CEO of the Am I Hungry?® Mindful Eating Programs and Training (AmIHungry.com), and has trained over 800 Am I Hungry? Licensees in over 30 countries. Michelle is the award-winning author of the book series, Eat What You Love, Love What You Eat. She is an Associate Faculty member at Arizona State University where she teaches a course on Mindful Eating. She has been featured on Dr. Oz and the Discovery Health Channel and quoted in numerous magazines. Michelle is a past president of NSA Arizona.
