Walking through a multi-step process, participants will create a foundation for their business that integrates these aspects:

- Target client identification
- Marketability and profitability
- Ideal company structure
- Strategic growth
Participants will explore the following :
- Define the core drivers that form the foundation of their business.
- Identify the skills, assets, and competencies that are critical to a successful speaking business.
- Clarify the optimal business structure for profitability and sustainability.
An internationally recognized expert in project management, Belinda Goodrich is an educator and business professional. She has more than three decades of project management and senior leadership experience. Belinda is the first woman in the world to achieve the original five PMI Project Management Credentials: PMP, PgMP, PMI-RMP, PMI-SP and CAPM. A Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), she's also passed the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) exam as a participant in the pilot program.
In order to attend the Candidate session, you must be a current NSA-Arizona Candidate member in good standing and register for the general chapter meeting. The Candidate session follows our monthly chapter meetings and runs from 12:15 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
