The Voice of Professional Speakers in Arizona

Showtime! One Speaker’s Journey from the Corporate World to Stage, Screen and Platform, February 27

NSA-Arizona Living Room Forum

To further enhance and improve a speaker’s career, NSA-Arizona offers monthly Living Room Forums, which are more intimate events featuring industry experts that are held in private homes or businesses. They are the perfect opportunity for attendees to participate in topics of interest while developing the tools and techniques to grow professionally or to improve areas where they have prior experience.

Because LRF is a smaller venue with a more relaxed and casual setting, you will find it offers attendees a higher level of dialogue with more opportunities for questions, conversations, and action-item takeaways ready for implementation.

The LRF is offered exclusively to members and guests of the NSA-Arizona Chapter.

Showtime! One Speaker’s Journey from the Corporate World to Stage, Screen and Platform

Facilitator: Natalie Sayer
Date: Wednesday, February 27, 2019
Time: 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
Format: Discussion
Venue: Home of Lynne Wellish, 16th St. & Glendale Ave.

“How can I improve my performance?”
“How can I truly connect to my audience?”
“How can I keep my speech fresh?”

If you have ever asked yourself these or similar questions, then you will want to attend this Living Room Forum. Natalie Sayer will share her story of transition from a “Proficient PowerPoint Presenter,” working in Fortune 150 companies, to “Personable Platform Professional,” who has spoken and facilitated in 16 countries and in two languages. She will share tips and techniques from live theater and other experiences to help you become a more powerful and relatable speaker.

During this interactive session attendees will receive

  • Pre-performance preparation techniques
  • Approaches to evoke emotion and increase audience connection
  • Ways to recover when the unexpected happens—because it will!
  • Ideas to keep your performance “first day fresh” and stretch yourself
  • And suggestions to increase your presence from the platform

Natalie is an experienced facilitator, executive coach and moderator. She works with leaders to increase their effectiveness, presence, influence and ultimately results. Her clients range from entrepreneurs to C-Suite executives. When coaching them through critical presentations, clients realize words are only a small part of their success. If you have been to NSA-Arizona’s Speaker Development Lab when Natalie is the Guest Enricher, you know you will receive valuable ideas to improve your speaking engagements.
