Much to her parents’ dismay, Michelle May, M.D., CSP®, retired from her successful medical practice to share her message eat mindfully, live vibrantly through speaking, writing, training, and licensing. She is the CEO of the Am I Hungry?® Mindful Eating Programs and Training (www.AmIHungry.com), and has trained over 700 Am I Hungry? Licensees in over 30 countries. Michelle is the award-winning author of the book series, Eat What You Love, Love What You Eat. She is an Associate Faculty member at Arizona State University where she teaches a course on Mindful Eating. She has been featured on Dr. Oz and the Discovery Health Channel and quoted in numerous magazines. Michelle is a past-President of NSA Arizona.
