Rock Your Short Talk! A Step-by-Step Process to Build a Riveting 5-10 Minute Presentation

with Eleni Kelakos

As a professional speaker, you have something unique to say, to teach, to share. But can you share it compellingly and memorably in ten minutes? How about five minutes? At a time when attention spans (and convention speaking slots) are getting shorter and shorter, being able to deliver a sizzling short talk that highlights your stagecraft and expertise is more important than ever. And not only is a short talk a great way to make a big impact in a brief amount of time, it can be easily videotaped and shared online, attracting clients and further speaking opportunities.

This program will teach you a simple, easy-to-replicate,  narrative format for putting together a rockin’ short talk. You’ll define the topic and the elements of your talk, and pinpoint the signature story that shapes it. By the close of the program,  you’ll have crafted the bones of short a talk that not only teaches your audience an essential lesson or practice but moves them into feeling and action—and all in the space of ten minutes or less!

In this session you will:

  1. Position your presentation so it best serves your audience
  2. Learn and Implement the S.P.E.A.K. formula for creating a short talk
  3. Learn tools to start and end your talk with a bang
EARLY REGISTRATION ENDS ON JUNE 5TH. REGISTER EARLY TO SAVE!
