    Start at 12:00 p.m.

    • Welcome new participants to introduce themselves
    • Each person shares their project, challenge or goal for the lab time

The Collapsible Keynote: How to Deliver a Powerful Presentation When Your Stage Time Has Been Cut

As professional speakers, we’ve all been there. You’re hired to deliver your full 60-minute keynote, but right before you go on stage, due to circumstances beyond your control, you find out your stage time has been cut to 45, 30, or even just 15 minutes. What do you do? How can you, in the moment, shift to delivering 60 mins of value in a fraction of the original time?

In this dynamic session, Anton Gunn, CSP® will share his field-tested strategies for “collapsing” your keynote content to ensure you deliver an impactful, memorable presentation – no matter how much (or how little) time you’re given.

    Audience members will learn:

    • The art of “terminal slides” – how to structure your visuals so each one conveys a complete, standalone message.
    • Techniques for modularizing your content into bite-sized, easily digestible segments.
    • Performance tips to create energy and audience engagement, even under severe time constraints.
    • A simple framework for quickly identifying your core message and stories to share.
    • How to execute the perfect pre-event process that creates the right setup to ensure your message lands, regardless of time.

Whether you’re an experienced speaker or just starting out, “The Collapsible Keynote” will equip you with the skills to navigate last-minute changes and deliver a knockout presentation every time.

EARLY REGISTRATION ENDS ON MAY 4TH. REGISTER EARLY TO SAVE!

The 5% Zone – Building the Best Business

Your next speaking engagement may already be in your phone.

Most speakers spend time chasing new leads while overlooking the most valuable asset they already own: their database.

Through a live Database X-Ray demonstration, participants will see how to identify high-value connections and immediate opportunities. You’ll also learn how to professionalize your outreach across email, social platforms, and direct messaging so your communication builds credibility and keeps you top of mind.

You’ll leave with a clear refinement process to eliminate clutter, prioritize high-impact relationships, and build a system for ongoing relationship intelligence, including how to uncover referral pathways and second-degree connections that lead to new stages.

Stop chasing strangers. Start activating the network you already have.
